God Bless You on Your Trip to Northern Ireland, James and Stevie!

Ten teens and five adults from the Episcopal Diocese of Albany are currently (June 26 – July 9, 2017) participating in the 7th Albany Northern Ireland Teen Mission.
Summer Madness is Ireland's largest Christian festival aimed at encouraging youth to reflect on issues that confront them in their social and spiritual development via seminars, music and worship. Teens will have the opportunity to deepen their faith and build solid Christian relationships, while worshipping under a circus tent.” Two of Trinity’s parishioners/acolytes, Stevie Roy and James Golden, are among the travelers. Please pray for them as they take part in this mission.

This banner, displayed in Lansingburgh, honors the Reverend David Butler, who served as Trinity's first rector from 1804 until 1814. He served in the Continental Army during the American Revolution. The banner is sponsored by the Van Rensselaer Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution who meet in Trinity's parish hall.
